I first got you on the 25th October 2008. You were depress when I first saw you, probably not use to the new environment. Nevertheless, time went on and you start to adapt to our family. Every time you ran out of the house, the more we call for you to come back, the further you ran, hoping for us to chase after you.
Now that time flies and without realizing, you’ve left and not by our side anymore. I hope the place you’re gone to will be a better place for you. You’ll forever be miss, love you my dear Stitch. Say hi to Fifi when you meet him.
My CAFKL Tag
I’ve attended Comic Art Festival Kuala Lumpur (CAFKL) on 7th June (Sat). If you’re an artist yourself and would love to meet more of both amateur and professional artists from Malaysia, this event is for you.
CAFKL is a creator-focused event celebrating the creativity and diversity behind the art of illustration, comic-making and related fields. (source)
Continuing to the next morning, I was planning to go to Teluk Cempedak beach to see sunrise so I woke up to see the weather condition. If it was a good weather, I’ll have to wake those who are interested to see sunrise up but unfortunately the weather didn’t look too good and I can hear the sound of lightning so I decided to resume my sleep. With everyone having little to no sleep from Day 0 and plus we’ll have to drive back down to KL later in the evening, figured it would be best to let everyone have a good rest. Probably will go see sunrise next time~ 🙂
Last month I’ve went on a 2D1N road trip to Kuantan with Da Gang; a group name given to us high school friends that still keep in touch till today. Instead of the usual spots on the west coast like Melaka, Port Dickson, Ipoh or Penang, we all agreed to head to the east coast since majority of us rarely or have not been to that side of Malaysia. This is my first time heading to Kuantan so I was actually quite excited about it! I’m someone who get’s carried away when it comes to traveling or go play. Tsk tsk!
I’ve not blogged for 2 months+ since my last post from last December and as sudden as the change of weather, it’s already March 2014! *A* Going on to the main topic of the post, I was invited by Fie 2 weeks ago to attend a Coffee Sharing/Workshop, “How To Make A Good Coffee On The Go” by Joachim Leong (Founder of Cafe Hop KL) which was brought to you by Culture Run and was held at VCR Cafe. It was an interesting session and I got to meet with a lot of coffee lovers over here although I felt a little embarrass that my knowledge in coffee is limited like the smell, the taste, the flavor, or the way of coffee, I am utterly new to all of it!
Kinokuniya display for Comic Fiesta 2013
The biggest ACG convention in Malaysia, Comic Fiesta 2013 (CF) has officially ended last weekend. With all the hardwork of sweat, tears and blood from the team to make this event happen, it felt so surreal each time the event is over every year. I sincerely hope that everyone who attended the event really enjoyed themselves and have lots of fun~
